Raylene Chen

Raylene’s interest in healing work started in natural therapies. This evolved into training as a relationships counsellor before qualifying as a Psychologist more than 15 years ago.

Raylene has worked in community organisations, private clinics and hospital settings. Her interest in EMDR Therapy has provided another skill set to address trauma (adverse life events or PTSD).

Raylene is committed to providing a supportive and compassionate environment for her clients. The therapeutic experience is different for everyone; and the most effective treatment will be used to meet individual needs from a holistic perspective.

Her approach is to work collaboratively with her clients, to help develop a better understanding of their issues and to increase their skills and strategies to reach goals that are meaningful to them.
